## What is Key Deal?

Key Deal is a listing and team management platform for real-estate agencies and independent realtors in the United Arab Emirates. Agencies keep every listing, client and realtor in one central database, approve what their realtors publish, show their listings on their own website and on any other site, and see traffic and enquiries by listing and by realtor. Independent realtors use it to manage their listings and clients, get their own property website, and see which client opened which property.

Key Deal costs AED 49 per month for each broker, after a free 30-day trial, or AED 470 per year (20% off). No payment details are required to start the trial. There is no setup fee, no per-listing charge and no minimum term.

## Agency accounts

A separate account type for brokerages, at AED 3,500 per agency per month, flat, with no per-seat charge, after a free 30-day trial. The agency invites its realtors (each with their own login and a role: owner, admin or realtor), keeps every listing and client in one shared database, approves its realtors' new listings and edits before they go live, and gets its own website at <agency>.keydeal.io with a page for each realtor. Its published listings can be embedded on any web page with one line of code, or read through a read-only API. It has everything an independent realtor account has, for every member, with no limit on listings or clients, plus Services and FAQs pages, home page banners and a featured row on its website, a shared book of developer contacts, and visitor analytics: impressions, unique visitors and enquiries by listing and by the realtor whose link brought them.

## What an independent realtor account does

- Listings: ready properties and off-plan projects, held as distinct types. Off-plan listings carry payment plans (several per project), handover dates and unit mixes.
- Plan limits: up to 25 live listings (drafts are not counted) and up to 150 clients. Enquiries from the realtor's website always arrive.
- Public website: a site at <username>.keydeal.io, filterable by price, area, bedrooms and completion status, with About and Contact pages and an assistant that answers buyers.
- Clients: requirements, budgets, preferred and excluded developers.
- Matching: scores the whole inventory against one client and states which requirement each property fails.
- Tracked links: a private link per client showing opens and time on the page; new-listing alerts to the clients a property fits, for the clients the realtor turns them on for.
- Analytics: views and opens for every listing and every client.
- Bulk import: clients from a pasted list, spreadsheet or CSV, with duplicate detection.
- Claude connector (MCP): create and change listings by conversation, from a link to a Notion page or a developer's page, a description, or a pasted message. It cannot read a file attached to the chat.
