Inaura Hotels & Residences

Inaura is a hotel and branded residences tower by Arada in the heart of Downtown Dubai, designed by the international architecture studio MVRDV. The tower rises from a sculpted, arched podium with a gallery-style arrival, and its façade shifts from reflective at street level to translucent toward the sky. Midway up, a triple-height sculptural void holds the Sky Lounge on level 32, a social and dining space with panoramic views of the Downtown skyline.

The residences are built around Arada's "AWE Path" philosophy (Active, Well, Engaged) and combine home ownership with access to the Inaura Hotel on levels 5–14, the Formative fitness club in the podium, The Sanctum bathhouse and the Everwell precision-health clinic on level 2, and a landscaped outdoor pool and garden on level 1.

Interiors use open, light-filled layouts with integrated joinery, a natural palette of stone, metal and timber, and balconies framing views of Burj Khalifa and Business Bay. Residences are delivered semi-furnished, with kitchen appliances included. They range from one-bedroom Lumen Series apartments through Radiance Series four-bedrooms and Sky Villa five-bedroom duplexes to a single six-bedroom Sky Penthouse with a private rooftop pool.

The building is LEED precertified Gold. Inaura sits between Business Bay and the Burj District, within about five minutes of The Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Opera, and around eight minutes from DIFC.
