Mr. C Residences Downtown

Mr. C Residences Downtown is a branded residential tower by ALTA Real Estate Development in partnership with Mr. C, the luxury hospitality and residential brand created by Maggio and Ignazio Cipriani, fourth-generation members of the family behind Harry's Bar in Venice. It is ALTA's second Mr. C project in Dubai, following Mr. C Residences Jumeirah. The project is sold through Savills.

The Building
Rising 71 storeys beside Sheikh Zayed Road, the tower holds 162 residences plus penthouses. Architecture is by Arquitectonica (Miami) and interiors by 1508 London. Residents get a private entrance, landscaped grounds, and a direct air-conditioned walkway to Dubai Mall, with views across Downtown, the Burj Khalifa and the Arabian Gulf.

The Residences
Signature Collection — two- and three-bedroom homes with custom Italian kitchens fitted with Miele appliances, 3-metre ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Nobile Collection — 22 four-bedroom half-floor residences on the top floors, upgraded with Calacatta marble kitchens and bathrooms, Gaggenau appliances, custom chandeliers and Loro Piana fabrics.

Both collections have concertina doors linking kitchen, dining and great rooms, and principal suites with en-suite bathrooms, custom Italian vanities, bathtubs and shower enclosures.

À la carte: housekeeping, cleaning, tailoring and shoeshine, chauffeur and limousine, technology and business support, on-call emergency medical care, and in-residence private dining by a Bellini chef.
