Résidences Du Port is the first residence in Dubai branded under Marriott International's Autograph Collection Residences portfolio: a boutique waterfront building in the heart of Dubai Marina with breathtaking Marina skyline views. Developed by Prime Marina Property Developers, it transforms an existing landmark into a fully branded, private residential community inspired by the Riviera, the South of France and Monaco. The building rises B + P + G + 9 + roof and offers freehold branded and serviced residences: one- to three-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom duplexes, a four-bedroom triplex and penthouses, with expected handover in Q2 2027. Kitchens are fitted with Smeg appliances.

A grand boutique lobby sets the tone, followed by a residents' lounge with games area, a residents' cinema, a residents' café and co-working lounge and a private boardroom. Outdoors, a beach club-inspired pool deck offers pools, cabanas, a barbecue area and a dedicated kids' pool. The wellness studio brings together a gym with Technogym equipment, a yoga studio and a residents' spa with steam room, sauna and cold plunge, alongside a golf simulator and a crèche for families.

The Autograph Collection Residences team provides a dedicated residential leader, concierge services, 24-hour security and valet parking, with à la carte services such as housekeeping, laundry, grocery delivery, personal training, in-home spa treatments and travel assistance.

Two payment plans are available: a 30/70 plan with 70% spread over 2 years after handover, or a 20/80 non post-handover plan with a 5% discount (plus 4% DLD fee on either). Estimated service charge is AED 31 per sq ft.
