The Archive by Imtiaz

The Archive is a library-themed residential development by Imtiaz Developments in Dubailand Residence Complex, set directly on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. The whole building is designed around reading and quiet living: residents enter through a two-storey library holding around 10,000 books, wrapped by a spiral staircase, with a reception desk built from stacked books and a full-height wall of lit card-catalogue drawers behind it.

Off the library are a private Writer's Room with desks and closing doors, and a Reading Lounge for quiet solitude. On the roof, a Reading Salon offers a fireplace and deep seating, with an outdoor firepit and water feature for the cooler months.

Wellness is shaped by Imtiaz's Raw Theory health philosophy: a gym set beneath a gold-and-glass lattice with brick and timber finishes and skyline-facing treadmills, plus an adult rooftop pool, kids' pool, rooftop terrace garden, BBQ lounge and outdoor cinema. At ground level, a landscaped garden runs the length of the building with reading lounges, floating cabanas over a shallow water feature, a lawn, mini golf, a kids' play area and a dedicated pets' area.

Every residence is designed for a reader: shelving built in for a collection, reading lights placed where they are needed, a kitchen shelf beside the coffee machine, and a full-length bedroom shelf within reach of the bed.

Residences range from studios from 390 sq ft to three-bedroom apartments from 1,490 sq ft, with handover expected in Q3 2028. Buyers can choose a 50/50 plan or a 60/40 plan with 40% paid post-handover over three years.
