The Yards Plaza

The Yards Plaza is a contemporary commercial address by BEYOND, part of the OMNIYAT Group, set within The Yards — BEYOND's 165,000 m² residential-led, mixed-use masterplan in City of Arabia on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, where 70% is landscaped, including a 1 km green spine.

Four commercial blocks (B + G + 6) are brought together as a single architectural composition around a landscaped central courtyard.
