Villa del Brunello at Dubai Islands

Villa del Brunello is a boutique beachfront collection of 69 branded residences on Dubai Islands by Mr. Eight Development, offering one- to four-bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses.

Interiors are finished in natural stone: travertine floors throughout, with Italian Calacatta marble in the kitchens and bathrooms. Kitchens are made in Italy at Mr. Eight's San Marino factory under its La Cucina Otto brand and fitted with Barazza appliances, alongside Italian-made wardrobes.

The building includes an infinity pool furnished by Dolce & Gabbana Casa, a Technogym fitness centre, and a grand lobby with a 10-metre travertine fireplace, a residents' lounge with a barista café, and furniture from B&B Italia and Cassina. Residents have valet parking and an estate manager run by Mr. Eight Hotel Management. À la carte services, charged separately from the service charge, include a private Riva motorboat with captain, golf carts with chauffeur and a Rolls-Royce with chauffeur.

Pricing: 1 bedroom from AED 2.69M (638–713 sq.ft); 2 bedroom from AED 4.31M (1,012–3,646 sq.ft); 3 bedroom from AED 7.65M (1,849–4,081 sq.ft); 4 bedroom from AED 10.69M (2,488–4,619 sq.ft).

Payment plan 25/75: 10% on booking plus 4% DLD and AED 5,000 admin fee; 10% within 3 months; 5% within 6 months; 75% on completion in Q4 2027. All payments go into the project escrow account.

Service charge: AED 25/sq.ft for interior areas and AED 6.25/sq.ft for balconies.
