About W Residences at Dubai Harbour
W Residences at Dubai Harbour is Arada's three-tower, W-branded waterfront complex in Dubai Harbour, home to the region's largest recreational marina. Over 400 homes across Tower 1, Tower 2 and Tower 3 look out over Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, Bluewaters Island and the Arabian Gulf.
Towers 1 and 2 are scheduled for completion in Q4 2028 and Tower 3 in Q4 2029 (anticipated completion dates per Arada's October 2026 availability).
The design is built around three horizontal lines (the promenade, the harbour and the sky), with diagonal forms that let the towers "touch" where water meets sky. Tower 2 carries a LEED Silver-certified design and Tower 3 a LEED Gold-certified design.
Each tower offers one-bedroom apartments up to five-bedroom residences, with two-, three- and four-bedroom duplexes in the tower's central section, five-bedroom rooftop penthouses with private pools, and a five-bedroom Presidential Suite.
Every home comes with smart-home features as standard and warm, simple interiors, with a washer-dryer, cooking range and hood included. The shared podium holds a 200-metre residents-only WET Infinity Pool, the 43,000 sq ft Wellfit wellness centre, a residents' FITgym and wellness spa, yoga and pilates studios, a screening room, the Sound Suite recording studio, a games room with sports simulator, a kids' club and the 170 m² Residence Lounge, with fine dining along the ground floor.
